We are seeking a skilled and journeyman electrician to join our team as a Residential Electrical Service Technician in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have open availability, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members. The Residential Electrician works Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday as needed, will be provided a take-home vehicle stocked with company provided tools and parts, paid for uniforms, free CEU’s, and will receive a company cell phone and tablet. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive incentive pay as well as performance-based

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical repairs and installations in residential settings.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Performs residential service calls for electrical components.
• Assesses electrical needs and troubleshoots electrical issues.
• Provides advice on electrical equipment condition and problem solutions.
• Provides estimates to customers.
• Completes repairs and installations of electrical components.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.

Requirements:

• Experience working in residential settings
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Open availability
• Safety-focused
• Must possess a Kentucky Electrical Journeyman license.

Compensation package:

• $60,000 to $100,000 plus incentivized increases for efficiency and performance.
