We are seeking an HVAC Journeyman to join our team as a Residential HVAC Technician in Frankfort. As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to residential service calls, diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, and resolving customer requests. You will also be responsible for promoting our brand and maintaining customer rapport.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Remove old systems and install new systems; following the installation checklist.
• Meet local HVAC codes and follow all safety guidelines that apply.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work with and train any install helpers assigned to work with you.
• Keep the customer informed of what you are doing when you are doing it, and how it will be done.
• Ensure that all requests for installations have been closed out and completed.
• Learn product features and benefits.
• Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
• Maintain required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Quality HVAC expert & exceptional customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Experience/Education:

• 3+ years of Residential HVAC service experience

Compensation:

• Starting at $25/HR based on experience
