We are seeking an HVAC Journeyman to join our team as a Residential HVAC Warranty Technician in Louisville, KY. As a Residential HVAC Warranty Technician , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to residential service calls, installing HVAC equipment, and resolving customer requests. You will also be responsible for promoting our brand and maintaining customer rapport.

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.

• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed systems.

• Replace defective components and parts under warranty, ensuring proper functionality and performance.

• Document all work performed, including detailed records of parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain warranty coverage, repair processes, and preventive maintenance recommendations.

• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of warranty-related tasks.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles and equipment.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman license required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Quality HVAC expert & exceptional customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a focus on warranty-related work.
• EPA certification required; additional certifications or licenses may be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Experience/Education:

• Residential HVAC installation experience

Compensation:

• Starting at $25/HR based on experience
