We are seeking a skilled licensed journeyman plumber to join our team as a Residential Plumber in Louisville, KY. As a Residential Plumber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residential clients, troubleshooting plumbing issues, proposing solutions, estimating costs, and completing repairs and installations.

Essential Job Functions

• Respond to residential service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide advice to clients
• Propose solutions and estimate costs for repairs and installations
• Complete repairs and installations efficiently and effectively
• Promote the company brand and maintain customer rapport
• Lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE A CURRENT KENTUCKY JOURNEYMAN'S PLUMBING LICENSE
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday as needed
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Customer service oriented.
• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Experience/Education:

• Must have experience in residential plumbing service.

Compensation:

• Up to $120,000 annually
