Salary/Pay Range

$18 per hour

Job Description

In This Role, You Will:

• Process new Carefree Maintenance Plan agreements
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed
• Engage new customers during sign-ups, maintenance visits, and renewals
• Make outbound calls to potential and current members
• Run reports to gauge productivity and track member metrics
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Manage difficult customer situations and needs
• Prioritize and plan workload efficiently
• Speak clearly and calmly in all situations
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
• Follow all policies and procedures

Our Ideal Candidate:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of customer service-related experience
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret documents
• Thorough knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing software
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods, standing, and operating a computer

8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
