Your Role

As a Dispatch Service Representative, you’ll be the linchpin in our customer service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers and technicians. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound service calls for residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Scheduling and prioritizing service calls, dispatching technicians to customer sites.
• Providing timely and professional confirmation of service arrival times.
• Partnering with technicians to ensure they have accurate information, guaranteeing high-quality, efficient work.
• Rescheduling and reassigning calls to accommodate urgent or high-priority needs.
• Following up with customers to update them on ongoing work and gather feedback.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education

• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

• $18-20/Hour
