Remodel Install Coordinator

**Position Overview:**

As a vital support to the Remodel Manager, you will oversee the coordination of sold jobs and installation calls while ensuring seamless communication with our valued customers and skilled technicians. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a rotating Saturday.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Schedule Coordination:** Act as a liaison between customers and departments to effectively schedule field crews, sold jobs, and deliveries.
- **Data Management:** Oversee data entry for the remodel department, including material purchase orders, labor hour adjustments, and job creation.
- **Material Logistics:** Manage all aspects of material ordering and delivery scheduling for sold service jobs.
- **Customer Engagement:** Welcome customers in our showroom during peak times when sales staff are unavailable.

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A minimum of 5 years of excellent customer service experience.
- Strong listening, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ability to manage a busy calendar and juggle multiple appointments.
- Understanding of business metrics and KPIs, with a desire to enhance departmental productivity.
