Stan�s Heating & Air Conditioning LLC, one of central Texas' largest and most respected HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service providers, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. Position Overview

In this newly created role, the Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist will collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments in alignment with company policies and procedures. Position Details:

Location: In-Office Position
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Match vendor invoices and credit memos with purchase orders and prepare for payment.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
Monitor and clear outstanding receipts/returns on a monthly basis.
Reconcile monthly vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
Assist the finance team with other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in an accounting or related position.
Proficiency with Excel & MS Office is essential.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of excellence.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
Quick learner with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable handling high volumes of transactions while adhering to deadlines.
Team player who can collaborate effectively with others across departments.
Experience with Sage Intacct or Service Titan is a plus, but not required.
