Your Role as a Dispatch Service Representative

As the backbone of our customer service operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between our customers and technicians. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound service calls for residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services
• Scheduling and prioritizing service calls and dispatching technicians efficiently
• Providing timely, professional confirmation of service arrival times
• Partnering with technicians to ensure they have accurate job details
• Rescheduling and reassigning calls to meet urgent or high-priority needs
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
• Performing other duties as assigned

Open Availability is a must! We need someone who is flexible and can accommodate a variety of schedules.

Experience & Education

• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required
