We’re currently seeking a talented HVAC Journeyman Licensed Service Tech to join our team in Elizabethtown, KY. If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, and maintaining strong client relationships, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and diagnose/repair HVAC equipment.
• Install new systems while adhering to safety and code requirements.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and ensure your truck is fully stocked.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote the Tom Drexler brand.
• Train and mentor install helpers to improve their skills.
• Complete paperwork on time and accurately.
• Ensure all installations are completed and customer requests are closed out.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• A skilled HVAC expert who excels in customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience & Education

• 3+ years of Residential HVAC Service Experience preferred.

Compensation

• Starting at $25/hour based on experience.
