Stan’s Heating and Air is actively seeking a highly-talented Customer Service Representative to help elevate our customer service experience. PLEASE NOTE: This is an ONSITE position.

Please note the following work schedule for this opening:

During the summer season hours will be 11am-8pm, in the “off” season the hours will be 9am-6pm.


What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, leaving a positive, lasting impression of Stan’s Heating and Air. Your role will be crucial in building strong customer relationships and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally.

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and convert them into booked appointments
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow-up on customer satisfaction
  • Accurate data entry into our customer database
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training to grow professionally
  • Stay calm and professional in high-stress situations
  • Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with completed services

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office)
  • Telephone sales experience (preferably in a service environment)
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, and over the phone)
  • A positive, friendly, and empathetic demeanor
  • A self-starter who works well independently and on a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Sales experience is a plus!
  • Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $18 - $20 per hour
