What You’ll Do:

As a Branch Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of your branch, blending strategic leadership with a passion for customer care and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Excellence: Inspire, motivate, and mentor your team to deliver exceptional results.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a business plan that aligns with company goals, driving growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service Focus: Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and same-day solutions.

• Operational Oversight: Lead daily operations with a focus on revenue, profitability, and adherence to KPIs.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

Experience:

• 5+ years in a managerial role within the service industry (Plumbing, HVAC, or Home Improvement) with a proven track record in P&L management and customer-focused operations.

• Preferred: Licensed Plumber with knowledge of NJ Codes

Business Acumen:

• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and develop actionable strategies for growth and efficiency.
• Ability to build and execute plans that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
