What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll provide exceptional service by diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems while maintaining strong communication and professionalism.

Your Responsibilities:

Technical & Service Tasks

• Perform maintenance and service on residential HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all local HVAC codes and safety regulations.

Communication & Customer Service

• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
• Educate and assist customers in making informed HVAC decisions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Organization & Professionalism

• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory in your truck.
• Properly complete paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Training & Compliance

• Participate in ongoing training to grow as a professional.
• Obtain and maintain proper certifications (we’ll help you with this!).
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.

What You Bring to the Team

*HVAC Experience – At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience required.
*Strong Work Ethic – Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow.
*Customer-centric mindset – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*Team Player – Contributes to a positive company culture.
* Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record required.
*EPA 608 Certification – Universal certification preferred.
