YOUR ROLE: LEAD INSTALL PLUMBER

As a Lead Install Plumber, you’ll be the face of the company, delivering exceptional service to our residential clients. Here’s what your day will look like:

• CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Greet customers with professionalism and build strong relationships.
• PROBLEM-SOLVING: Provide clear, accurate information and smart solutions.
• PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS & REPAIRS: Work on sanitary sewer lines, kitchen and bath drain lines, and more.
• EXTERIOR EXCAVATION: Perform digging with hand tools and excavators.
• PROMOTE OUR BRAND: Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our stellar reputation.
• PHYSICAL TASKS: Lift up to 50lbs and perform various other physical tasks as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
• PROFESSIONALISM: Strong communication skills and customer rapport.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Passionate about delivering great service and building lasting relationships.
• ENERGY & MOTIVATION: Ready to tackle new challenges and succeed.
• PHYSICAL ABILITY: Lift up to 75lbs regularly.
• LICENSE: Valid driver’s license and Journeyman License required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• HOURLY RATE: $25 - $30/hour
