Position: HVAC Install Helper – Entry Level

As an HVAC Install Helper, you’ll work side-by-side with seasoned installers to learn the trade from the ground up. You'll be part of a supportive, high-performing team dedicated to delivering top-quality work and outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations
• Learn proper techniques, tools, and procedures
• Help maintain a clean and organized job site and work truck
• Represent Stan’s AC with professionalism and pride
• Participate in on-the-job training and development programs
• What We’re Looking For:
• No experience required – just a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to lift 75–100 lbs and work in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• EPA certification is a plus – we’ll help you get there if needed
