What You’ll Do:

• As our Plumbing Service Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of technicians and oversee the daily operations of our residential plumbing service department. You’ll focus on:
• Leadership & Coaching: Hire, train, and mentor plumbing technicians to perform at their best
• Revenue Growth: Motivate your team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Operational Oversight: Manage schedules, ensure efficient dispatching, and conduct vehicle and uniform inspections
• Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline workflow and boost team performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Leader: 3–5+ years of supervisory role experience in residential service
• Plumbing Expertise: Hands-on plumbing knowledge and a track record of success in the trade
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office a plus
• Nexstar Knowledge: Familiarity with Nexstar systems and coaching methods is preferred
• Strong Communicator: Confident leading a team and working cross-functionally to solve problems and deliver results

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in residential plumbing or related trades (HVAC, pest control, etc.)
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
