Warehouse Associate needed at RUSSO BROS in East Hanover NJ - a member of the LEN THE PLUMBER HEATING & AIR / Master Trades Group national network of Service Companies.
Experience with Plumbing & HVAC inventory or similar industry is preferred but not necessary.
Full Time / Hourly / Monday - Friday / Day shift position

You will work with the Warehouse Manager to manage the warehouse inventory and maintain the database in this role. Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse, including storage and shipment of finished products. Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in the warehouse

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Support our techs in the field - order replenishment materials, fill orders to re-stock trucks, receive goods, and control inventory.
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Manage weekly truck and warehouse replenishments to ensure timely materials delivery and minimize out-of-stock.
• Create purchase orders for job materials

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and transport >50lbs
• Travel to other LTP locations on an as-needed basis.
• Travel to vendors when required

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience as a Warehouse in Plumbing & HVAC trades (preferred)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Compensation:
$18-$24 per hour
