Wagner Mechanical is the oldest and most trusted residential HVAC contractor in the Albuquerque metro area. We’re growing and looking for a highly motivated Home Comfort Advisor to join our in-home sales team. If you have experience in HVAC or in-home sales and a passion for helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-home consultations with new and existing customers
• Recommend tailored HVAC solutions that match customer needs and budget
• Present financing options and close sales with confidence
• Follow up on leads and self-generate new opportunities
• Prepare and present accurate proposals and estimates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
• Ensure a professional and customer-friendly experience every step of the way

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in in-home sales; HVAC experience strongly preferred
• Motivated, customer-focused, and coachable attitude
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and closing skills
• Familiarity with industry tools, equipment, and concepts
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using sales tools and CRMs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Work Schedule:

• Flexible schedule to meet customer availability (daytime, evenings, and occasional Saturdays)
• Rotating on-call shift for Saturday emergencies

Education & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and have an insurable driving record
