Pay: $48,000-52,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM/8:00 AM – 5:00 PM(may vary based on business needs)

Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking a hands-on, service-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our satellite warehouse in Frankfort, KY.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coach warehouse staff to maintain a high-performance, technician-friendly operation
• Ensure efficient daily operations, SOP compliance, and warehouse organization
• Oversee inventory accuracy, manage replenishment schedules, and minimize shrinkage
• Collaborate with the Regional Ops to monitor vendor pricing and improve purchasing strategy
• Conduct and schedule regular truck and warehouse inventories
• Maintain clear documentation and support process improvement across the warehouse team
• Lead by example as a “player-coach,” providing hands-on guidance while escalating issues as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of warehouse or service industry leadership/supervisory experience required
• Strong background in inventory control, warehouse operations, and team supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ServiceTitan a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license, clean background check, and drug-free
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

Preferred Experience:

• Background in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industries
• Familiarity with service operations and logistics
• Experience supporting field technicians in a multi-location company
