Plumbing is seeking a hands-on, driven HVAC Install Field Supervisor to oversee daily install operations, support technicians in the field, and ensure every job is completed to the highest standard. What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support HVAC Install Technicians in the field
• Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet company and code standards
• Provide on-site coaching, troubleshooting, and technical guidance
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory needs, and customer communication
• Ensure safety compliance and jobsite professionalism
• Collaborate with office staff to improve workflows and job readiness

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC install experience
• Prior supervisor or crew lead experience preferred
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and time management skills
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• NJ HVAC License a plus but not required
