What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Comfort Advisors, Camera Technicians, and Sales Lead Coordinators
• Drive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue and gross profit targets
• Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Analyze data and market trends to refine strategies and improve performance
• Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved across the sales team
• Champion process improvement and team culture

What You Bring:

• Proven sales management experience in the home improvement industry — HVAC or Sewer/Excavation experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and culture
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent relevant experience

Location:

Based out of Louisville, KY, with occasional travel to other locations or trainings.
