Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Louisville, KY
Schedule: Full-time | Multiple shifts available, Need weekend availability
Compensation: $16–$18 per hour

As a Customer Service Representative at Tom Drexler Plumbing Heating Air & Electric, your role is critical to our daily operations and reputation. You must bring a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.

If you can manage high call volumes, stay focused under pressure, and maintain strict accuracy—this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Convert incoming inquiries into scheduled, revenue-generating service appointments
  • Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
  • Resolve customer concerns on the spot while keeping calm, collected, and focused
  • Enter and manage data accurately within our CRM system… attention to detail is a must
  • Collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to ensure zero scheduling errors
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions and stay informed on all service updates, offerings, and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to de-escalate issues and own the resolution
  • Tech-savvy and efficient with Microsoft Office and customer management systems
  • Able to prioritize, multitask, and thrive under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions
  • Punctual, dependable, and accountable
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is required
