• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Comfort Advisors and Sales Lead Coordinators
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize team performance
• Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Champion process improvements and a high-performance team culture

What You Bring:

• Proven sales management experience in the home improvement or HVAC industry
• Strong leadership with a passion for team development and culture
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent relevant experience
