The Inside Sales Specialist will outbound on open service and sales estimates to close outstanding opportunities and create new revenue for the company.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist the HVAC Branch Manager, Plumbing Branch Manager, and Branch Sales Manager with tracking results of all sales calls and opening opportunities.
• Prioritize unsold opportunities for sales and service departments.
• Follow up in a timely manner on unsold opportunities with the intent to save the sale and generate revenue.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Work with the HVAC Branch Manager, Plumbing Branch Manager, and Branch Sales Manager to maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Experience in HVAC and Plumbing preferred; familiarity with Electrical is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task with high accuracy and attention to detail and prioritization.
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Prior sales and customer service experience is a PLUS!!!
• Experience with Service Titan preferred but not required.
• Industry experience in HVAC and Plumbing strongly preferred; Electrical experience is a plus.

Experience/Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Sales experience a PLUS!!!!
• Home Service experience preferred.

Compensation:

• $18-$20 hourly + Commission
