What You’ll Do:

The Sewer Helper's role is to support the licensed plumber onsite during the preparation, execution, and cleanup of sewer replacements. We are interested in motivated, skilled sewer helpers who enjoy working in a team environment and are committed to providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Join our crews specializing in water maintenance, water distribution, sewer construction, and sewer maintenance. Crew members work in all types of weather conditions, performing tasks related to the maintenance, replacement, repair, inspection, and new installation of various water, sewer, and street infrastructures.

• Assist experienced sewer technicians with sewer line repairs, replacements, and maintenance
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
• Help with excavation, pipe installation, and restoration work under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, job site, and service vehicle
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Learn sewer repair techniques and best practices through hands-on training

What We Are Looking For:

• MUST have reliable transportation to commute to job site
• Minimum of 1 year of Sewer/Excavation work or residential service plumbing work experience
• Interest in learning the sewer and plumbing trade
• Willingness to follow instructions and support experienced technicians
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and materials
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
