What You’ll Do:

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess sewer and plumbing needs
• Provide accurate, detailed estimates for sewer line replacements, repairs, and related services
• Educate customers on available options and recommend solutions tailored to their needs
• Build trust and deliver outstanding customer service while guiding customers through the sales process
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure successful project execution
• Meet or exceed sales goals by driving new business and closing opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation of estimates, contracts, and customer interactions
• Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in plumbing, sewer, or related sales highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of sewer systems, excavation, and plumbing repair solutions
• Proven sales and customer service skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Ability to build rapport quickly, explain technical concepts clearly, and close sales
• Positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical background a plus
