Supply Chain Analyst (Inventory)

Location: Seaford, DE (Service Today branch) — On-site; local candidates only
Schedule: Full-time | Day shift (occasional local travel for branch support)
Compensation: $18-25/hr based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate item master, pricing, taxonomy, and truck templates in ServiceTitan.
• Analyze usage/seasonality; forecast demand and adjust stocking levels quarterly.
• Perform cycle counts/physical audits; reconcile variances and prevent recurrence.
• Verify receipts and exports between ServiceTitan and Intacct/Sage; resolve errors.
• Monitor price lists for all STI locations; report inconsistencies and align to terms.
• Partner with Purchasing/Logistics to minimize stockouts/excess and improve turns.
• Build KPI/exception reports; present insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Create/maintain SOPs; log system/human errors and escalate via weekly reporting.
• Support other inventory/control tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
Required

• Proven experience as an Inventory/Supply Chain/Warehouse Analyst
• ServiceTitan or similar field-service platform experience
• Strong Excel (lookups, pivots) and data analysis skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong problem-solver
• Clear communicator; effective cross-functional partner

Preferred

• Experience with Intacct/Sage (or comparable ERP)
• Residential home-services background (Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical/Remodeling)
• 3+ years in service operations or warehouse/inventory leadership
• Ability to balance field and office work; support extended hours/weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods as needed.
