Pay: $60,000 to $70,000
Reports To: HVAC Branch Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to the HVAC department, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
  • Process service orders, proposals, and invoices in an accurate and timely manner
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, service updates, and account details
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, scheduling, and filing systems
  • Assist in coordinating with technicians, sales staff, and managers to ensure smooth workflow
  • Prepare and track departmental reports, spreadsheets, and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Support the HVAC leadership team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience (HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software, and CRM systems
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative training a plus
