Len the Plumber Heating & Air, is hiring a Branch Manager to lead our high-performing HVAC & Plumbing Division in Mt. Laurel / Cherry Hill, NJ. This is a key leadership role with full P&L responsibility and oversight of both service and installation operations.

What You’ll Do
As Branch Manager, you’ll drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
	- Lead all branch operations including service, installation, and customer experience.
 
	- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company goals and KPIs.
 
	- Drive revenue growth through geographic expansion and new service offerings.
 
	- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve P&L targets.
 
	- Recruit, train, and mentor managers and technicians to build a high-performing team.
 
	- Partner with executive leadership to design and execute onboarding and training programs.
 
	- Champion safety, compliance, and a culture of accountability and excellence.
 
What You Bring
	- 5+ years of HVAC or Plumbing residential service leadership experience.
 
	- Proven success managing P&L, KPIs, and multi-location operations.
 
	- Strong communication and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
 
	- Experience leading both HVAC installation and service teams.
 
	- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
 
	- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
 
	- Sales and customer service expertise highly desirable.
